What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy is 21 Days from the date your package is delivered to you. The following terms and conditions also apply:

  • Returns will only be processed within 21 Days of receiving your package.
  • Returns MUST include our Return Slip which will be issued to you after you contact us about returning your order. Any returns without the Return Slip will strictly not be entertained.
  • Returns should be via a trackable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for lost package sent via non-trackable deliveries.
  • We DO NOT accept returns for the following: Sale Items, Lingerie, Swimwear, Accessories, Lifestyle, and Gifts. Sale of these categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Returns will only be processed if items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still intact. We will strictly not process any returns with removed tags.
  • After your return has been confirmed, you will receive your refund equivalent to the purchase price of your item via your original mode of payment
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded.
  • Orders made with Promo Codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the Promo’s terms and conditions.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us and let us know the problem with your order. We will process and return and send you a Return Slip to be attached in your Return. Please see terms and conditions associated with Returns above.

Amending or Cancelling my order

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been confirmed. This is because our orders are processed immediately after confirmation in order to get them to you as soon as possible.

Faulty / Incorrect item in order

Sorry, we messed up! Please contact us within 14 Days of date of delivery with the following:

  • Order Reference Number
  • SKU of the defective item – SKU number can be found on the clothing label
  • If faulty item - Clear photo of the defect
  • If incorrect item – Product Code of incorrect item you received, & Product Code of item you have ordered.

We will be in touch. Please note that all items returned MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
